The Mumbai police on Friday informed the local court on Fiday that it is yet to conduct facial recognition analysis of Shareeful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, a Bangladeshi national arrested for allegedly stabbing Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan.

Saif Ali Khan recorded his statement for the Mumbai Police recalling the horrific incident that took place on January 16, 2025 at his and his wife Kareena Kapoors residence.

Saif Ali Khan was discharged from Lilavati Hospital on January 21, five days after undergoing an emergency surgery.
