Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia has completed a loan move to PSV Eindhoven. The deal includes an option to buy and United sources indicate the Dutchman’s full wages are being covered. The Athletic reported on Saturday that Malacia’s proposed loan move to Benfica had stalled after an agreement could not be reached.

Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia has joined PSV Eindhoven on loan until the end of the season. Malacia, 25, returned to action for the Premier League club in November following 17 months out with injury issues. The Netherlands international signed for United from Feyenoord for £13m on a four-year contract in July 2022.
